Small Business AI Think Tank

Participation and privacy terms

Version 1.0 · Effective July 18, 2026

1. Program and schedule

The Fall 2026 Small Business AI Think Tank runs for eight online sessions from September 1 through October 20, 2026. Sessions are Tuesdays from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time. One company enrollment includes no more than two named participants.

2. Fee and provisional participation credit

The program fee is $4,500 per company. Any participation credit is provisional, documented separately, and subject to human review. It does not create an automatic charge, debt, or penalty if a participant cannot complete an anticipated contribution.

Introductions are voluntary, relevant, and permission-based. An introduction counts after both people consent and a direct connection is made. It does not require a reply, meeting, sale, endorsement, or positive recommendation. PG Consulting will review exceptions, disputes, and reasonable alternative contributions with the participant before deciding whether a credit applies.

3. Services and participant responsibility

PG Consulting provides access to designated online tools, a readiness assessment, a human-reviewed report, an initial MVP recommendation, and eight facilitated implementation sessions. Reports and recommendations are planning aids, not legal, financial, cybersecurity, accounting, or regulatory advice. Participants remain responsible for their business decisions, implementation, data, testing, approvals, and outcomes.

4. Privacy and cohort information

PG Consulting uses submitted personal and business information to review interest, administer accounts, create and review reports, facilitate sessions, communicate with participants, improve the cohort, and protect the program. PG Consulting does not sell personal data.

PG Consulting may use aggregated or de-identified lessons. A business name, logo, attributed statement, identifiable result, or case study will be used in promotion only after separate explicit written permission.

Participants should not submit regulated, highly sensitive, or third-party personal information unless PG Consulting has approved the submission method in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Each participant must protect nonpublic information disclosed by PG Consulting or another participant, including business information, reports, methods, templates, pricing, facilitation mechanics, access credentials, and cohort discussions. Participants may use their own report and deliverables inside their company but may not publish, resell, teach, or distribute another party’s confidential information or PG Consulting’s confidential materials.

Confidentiality does not cover information already lawfully known, made public without breach, independently developed without confidential information, or required to be disclosed by law.

6. Freedom to engage outside support

Participants are free to hire any lawyer, accountant, security professional, implementation vendor, consultant, or other adviser they choose. No permission from PG Consulting is required. Participants remain responsible for ensuring that those they involve protect confidential information and respect applicable intellectual-property rights.

7. Conduct and access

Participants must attend professionally, respect peer confidentiality, use tools only through their own accounts, and comply with applicable law. PG Consulting may suspend access for a security threat, harassment, misuse of confidential information, or material breach after human review and, when practical, notice and an opportunity to address the concern.

8. Intellectual property

PG Consulting retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, platform, templates, content, and tools. Participants retain ownership of their pre-existing business information and may use participant-specific reports and MVP artifacts internally. Broader publication, resale, or distribution requires written permission unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Admission, acceptance, and changes

An expression of interest does not accept these terms or guarantee admission. Approved participants accept a specific agreement version in the secure workspace using an unchecked consent control and their typed legal name, company, and title. PG Consulting retains the acceptance timestamp and agreement version. Material changes require notice and renewed acceptance.
