ConsultantOS separates the one-time work required to build your practice from the quarterly membership that keeps your business-development system active.

Practice Launch is non-refundable

The one-time Practice Launch fee pays for the initial evidence, methodology, editorial profile, and business-development setup. Because that work begins after enrollment, the fee is not refundable.

The refund window resets each quarter

You may cancel during the first 30 calendar days of each paid quarterly membership period. ConsultantOS calculates a partial refund for unused membership time from the effective cancellation date through the end of that quarter.

Refund-window cancellations end access immediately

When a cancellation qualifies for a partial refund, membership access ends when the cancellation is confirmed. Any eligible refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider and bank processing time.

Later cancellations take effect at quarter end

After the first 30 days of a paid quarter, you may still cancel. No refund is issued, and membership access continues until the current paid quarterly period ends.
