Questions
Frequently asked.
Do I need technical AI experience to apply?
No. The ARISE Method is a human-centered framework, not a technical one. Practitioners do not need to build, train, or configure AI systems. The certification focuses on readiness assessment, adoption methodology, facilitation, and organizational change. A basic working familiarity with AI tools is helpful but not required for Tier 1.
How long does certification take?
Tier 1 certification is designed to be completed in four to six weeks through a combination of self-paced content and live cohort sessions. Higher tiers require progressively more engagement: Tier 2 runs six to eight weeks, Tier 3 eight to ten weeks, and Tier 4 involves a sustained program over several months including supervised delivery.
Is recertification required?
Yes. The ARISE Method evolves as AI and organizational practice evolve. Certified practitioners complete a light recertification process every two years to stay current with updates to the framework, new guidance, and changes to the guardrails. Recertification is substantially shorter than initial certification.
Can I certify a team or cohort from my organization?
Yes. Processing Group offers group cohort pricing for organizations certifying five or more people at the same tier. Contact us through the booking page to discuss group programs.
What is the difference between Practitioner and Facilitator?
A Practitioner is credentialed to apply The ARISE Method within their own organization or team. A Facilitator is credentialed to deliver ARISE workshops, training, and coaching to other teams and clients. Facilitators can charge for ARISE-branded services. Practitioners cannot represent themselves as delivering ARISE to external clients.
